Project Overview
As part of our Summer Reading Program, the Elmore Public Library, in conjunction with the Elmore Museum, will host Peter Bloedel's Perpetual Vaudeville Show to promote intergenerational activities within our community and to encourage our youth to experience the principles of physics in an entertaining way. The show will include juggling, balance, music, magic and comedy.

It is hoped that 100% of attendees will interact with community members of all ages, 50% of attendees will learn one new principle about physics, 50% of attendees will learn one new principle about optical illusion and 10% of attendees will want to read a book or internet site about physics or illusions/magic.
Measurable Outcome(s)
The audience learned about some of the laws of physics and that regular, well-designed practice techniques bring positive results. A family of four who had never been our library before was so impressed with our building/book collection/children's activities that they are now card holders and regular users.
