Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience, young and old, will enjoy viewing live reindeer while learning about the role reindeer played in Nordic life and culture. This will have a more significant impact on young participants because of the holiday season.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The participants of the Crystal Collection Reindeer Program enjoyed the live reindeer as well as became more familiar with these intriguing animals and the folklore and culture of Nordic countries. The general comments from the audience were very favorable and were complimentary that the library's program not only educated participants but also added to the overall enjoyment of the Mapleton Snowflake Dazzle Days.
