Two performers from the Homeward Bound Theatre will present "Wally the One-Eyed Robotic Puppet." Wally is a four foot tall robotic puppet who will read two books to the children and talk with them about books and about being a pirate. This program is very interactive and unique and encourages reading and lifelong learning.

The Homeward Bound Theatre has performed previously at the Blue Earth County Libraries and with this new presentation, will again encourage reading and learning throughout their program. Outcomes will be measured through post-performance anecdotal responses and comments by those attending the program.
Measurable Outcome(s)
The audience was amazed by this hi-tech performance. Not only were they entertained by "Wally" but they were also encouraged to read and learn about robotics and explore the world of technology and science. Comments by participants were enthusiastic and positive after the performance.
