Project Overview
Tammy Foels and "Griller Matt" of Wistes Meat Market will show proper ways to cook and serve meat. They will have handouts and recipes for food to go along with grilled meat. They will be bringing tri-tip and homemade brats and burgers for the grill. The class will cover how to prepare the grill, seasoning and marinating, as well as time and temps for different foods. They will be grilling food during the event
for examples and students will get to taste the food during the event.
