Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendees will learn how quilters used color when designing quilts and the purpose of quilts made for the past 200 years. They will also be given the opportunity to view a collection of antique and contemporary quilts brought by the presenter.

Measurable Outcome(s)

58% of those in attendance were age 65 or older and only 66% were aware of the Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund. Comments included: Very exciting to see quilts. I was told quilts were not art - NOT SO!; many memories and good information; I never thought about where fabric came from, back in the 1800"s. This was awesome.
