Measurable Outcome(s) 
The reconstruction and renewal of 1.5 miles of the Willard Munger State Trail in the City of Duluth was substantially completed in late October 2010. This trail renewal project included the widening and replacement of the trail's bituminous surface, culvert replacements, private crossing improvements, vegetation management and enhanced informational signs.
