Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this project, the Ada-Borup Pep Band will better represent the Ada-Borup School and the Ada-Borup communities by performing for girls' and boys' basketball tournament games. Evaluation will occur through pre-survey and post survey by the athletic coordinator, resident artist, and participating students.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Of the 7 students who responded to our Post Survey, 100% answered yes to this statement: I AM BETTER AT PLAYING THE DRUM SET THAN I WAS BEFORE I WORKED WITH JOEL MERKENS; and, 86% answered 'yes' to this statement: I LEARNED THE ONE THING THAT I WANTED TO LEARN ABOUT PLAYING THE DRUM SET. I received several compliments on how well our band performed during the tournaments. We were even recognized by the High School League personnel at the Girls State Basketball Tournament.
