Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

8: "Regional residents learn new arts skills and techniques."I wish to learn the skill of oil painting, something I have never tried and something very hard to learn in a school classroom setting. It will be a great opportunity to learn from someone who specializes in oil portraits and scenes and who has a lot of experience in oil techniques. 9: "Regional residents gain awareness and appreciation for a variety of artistic disciplines and mediums."I also hope to gain appreciation for the medium of oil paints and awareness of the challenges and aspects of using them. 8: To meet my goals I simply want to be able to use oil paints well and be able to be proud of a painting I have made using them. 9:To gain appreciation for them, I want to recognize my weak points and set new goals to better those weak points.
